About - International School of Staging
The International School of Staging™ creates quality, affordable continuing-education classes on home staging for real estate professionals. The school was founded by Andy Capelluto, an award-winning interior designer, teacher, and staging guru who coined the industry phrase “The Power of Staging®.”
Our product, The Power of Staging®, was developed in 2004 as a live class offering Continuing Education credit in Washington State and has become nationally and internationally respected. Over 5000 agents and stagers have taken this popular course online since 2006 through Realty U, when it debuted as the industry’s first online home-staging class. Those students hold the AHS (Accredited Home Staging Specialist) Designation
Built on the premise that all homes for sale can benefit from staging, but that not all require the work of a professional stager, The Power of Staging has been updated and upgraded - both live and online, and is as affordable as it is useful. It enables agents to help sellers understand what needs to be done in order to best present their homes to prospective buyers
Certain Real Estate schools around the country now feature the 8 hour The Power of Staging® live classes, offering CE credit in many States. The International School of Staging offers the CSA Designation. Certified Staging Agent (STAGENT) Designation
