My more than 20 years in the design industry and 15 years in the classroom enables me to bring to you a quality, affordable, interesting and fun course entitled The Power of Staging®, specifically for Real Estate professionals

Tried and tested by over 5,000 agents worldwide, The International School of Staging now presents The Power of Staging®, featured with great success over the past 4 years by Realty U, and now updated and upgraded with you, today’s Real Estate professional, in mind. 

In today’s economy sellers are looking to their agents to guide them through the home staging process.  Ultimately it is the responsibility of the seller to stage a home, but the agent who takes on his next listing as a STAGENT walks in to the next deal one big jump ahead of the agent who doesn’t.   

Develop your STAGENT’s eye

As a STAGENT you will learn to

• Discuss statistics that support the value of staging
• Learn to sell the value of staging to clients
• Understand staging principles
• Develop your STAGENT’s eye
• Collaborate to create a list of resources
• Assemble your STAGENT’s toolkit
• Improve curb appeal and the interior of any property
• Use five elements of design to create room settings
• Create visually appealing settings, or vignettes
• Practice arranging furniture using a fun, simple and unique tool without the heavy lifting
• Explore the psychological effects of color
• Identify common architectural house styles
• And lots more

Successful completion of 25 question (open book) exam earns you the CSA designation (Certified Staging Agent Designation).  To date this course carries CE credit in 6 states –   Florida, Washington, North Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania and Alaska.  More states to follow …….

All students taking The Power of Staging 8 hour course will be granted access to the Members section of the International School of Staging website. 

Membership will be free for the first year and $59.00 annually thereafter

As a member you will be part of a community and have access to:

• Continuing updated information on current trends in the staging industry
• Continuing updated information on the interior design industry that is relevant to home staging
• Members’ blog
• Names and contact information in a database where sellers can find a STAGENT

1. Abide by all standards and codes prescribed by State and National Real Estate governing bodies
2. Act professionally and honestly with clients
3. Educate sellers on the value of home staging
4. Refrain from revealing any confidential information about clients
5. Maintain and improve the standards of the home staging industry
6. Share best practices with peer Stagents
7. Recruit new Stagents to the community
8. Show professional responsibility by undertaking projects based on adequate training and experience
9. Act with fiscal responsibility in the best interest of clients
10. Upgrade professional knowledge and skills regularly
